Self initiated projects are always stimulating as we get to focus on subjects that we care deeply about. Time, however is always an issue.
So, in collaboration with a wellness coach colleague, we set ourselves the target to devise, write, design, print and assemble a wellness support pack in just 8 hours.
Created as a part of a wider initiative to support mental health in children and young adults, this pack consists of two booklets with exercises along with a number of items for use in breath work and relaxation.
